This little beauty is an end grain chopping board. End grain boards are the most gentle on knife edges. Mitred handles make it easy to move around on the bench. The size is in the sweet spot for enough space to chop most things, but small enough to easily wipe clean in the sink. This board is part of the Turnaround Timbers Eucalypt Range, though the timbers are hard to identify.
