Shaping your purchase

Do you need help shaping your new Turnaround Timber wood to the size you need? We can help with cutting, planing, rounding, and sanding.

  • Cutting to size

    We can facilitate all cutting requirements with a combination of our cross cut, table, and track saws.

  • Planing

    Our Italian-made industrial thicknesser (named Nessy) is the mothership of the workshop.

  • Rounding edges

    Using our table router and trimmers, we can place different sized rounded or bevelled edges on your pieces.

  • Sanding

    Sanding is not hard but it is certainly more pleasant in a workshop set up with appropriate dust extraction.

Shaping BYO wood

Bring your own wood and we can cut and shape it for you. Do you have some special pieces of used wood, or some pieces of special wood to make that special project but don't have the equipment? We can help.

New or used? We want to see as much wood recycled as possible. We therefore only work with recycled wood. However, if you have some new rare wood for a particular project that you can't use recycled wood for, then we will explore shaping for you.
